Shop Policies

-We do not accept returns as items are made to order. If your order arrives and you have an issue, please contact obelabel@outlook.com.

-If you need items by a certain date then please email obelabel@outlook.com as they are usually made to order and so may take a few days to be dispatched.

-We are not responsible for any added fees from international customs offices. We do what we can to ensure that customers are not charged, yet it does happen occasionally and this is unfortunately out of our control.

-If you would like to cancel an order please email within 24 hours of ordering.
