-How do I wash my items?
We recommend hand washing items and drying them on a clothing line- never tumble dry them. Iron them inside out and ensure you are delicate as they are handmade.
-How long does delivery take?

During the year we do discounts, for example during seasonal events such as Christmas. Follow our instagram @obe.label for announcements!
-How long will my product take to make?
This varies based on how many orders we have but 5 working days approximately. Please email obelabel@outlook.com for an accurate timeframe or if you need us to rush your order.
-Can I return my item?
Yes, we accept returns. Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for paying for the return postage (tracked is recommended). If you are concerned about sizing, contact Olivia who can help. We also offer made-to-measure items to ensure your piece fits perfectly! Please contact obelabel@outlook.com to organise a return/refund or for sizing concerns.
